Wire things so that when you turn on your "turn signal" your corresponding fog light blinks in sequence with your OEM turn signal?

I think it would be kinda cool, especially with yellow fogs, and certainly more visible to on coming traffic.

Although one problem I can see is that your fog light bulb is 55w, and turn signal bulbs are like 5w, I think....

it won't be too hard. any stereo shop will do it.

however; would you really wanted to do that to your lexus???
and it will be illegal for sure!

Thanks blitz - I actually contacted my stereo shop since the posting, and yep, they said it should be a big deal; now just finding the time to get there.

Why do you think it would be illegal? I would think the functionality is very similar to a cornering light.....and I've seen several makes of other cars that when they turn on their turn signal, their fog light comes on?

 

i think it's going to be illegal b/c the cars you seen before that wasn't fog lights, that was something like a guide light so can see the sides better when you changing a lane or something. that's not like 55 watts, maybe 20 watts max??. especially, when it's yellow...hmmmmm... cops will really follow you.

55 watts for a corner light isn't safe and therfore it will cause you a ticket. hopefully, it's a fixed up ticket.

to make sure, it will be ok to go and ask any cops when you done. (don't show them your car!)
