I purchased my 99 SC300 a few weeks ago and wasted no time in starting this install. I wanted to keep everything stealth and have a full usable trunk. I appreciate all the guys who have posted pics as they have been a great help. I ran 4awg power wire and six channel monster rca's on opposing sides of the car to avoid interference. Two runs of 16awg monster cable twisted speaker wire for the mids/tweets in the doors.

Head Unit - Pioneer Avic F700BT
Amps - JL Audio 500/2 & 300/4
Front SP - JL Audio XR650-CSi
Rear SP - JL Audio XR650-CXi
Sub - Pioneer TS-SW1001S4

Didn't go crazy with the sound deadening but this area will benefit from some road noise reduction

Some more deadening in the doors.

Deck installed, pretty straight forward with a metra dash kit. I also installed a HD Radio receiver behind the glove box.


I had a slight setback due to some blown eBay door speakers but plan to have everything buttoned up in a few days. Also the 6 1/2" adapters I purchased from eBay for the doors are too large and will require some modification to get the door panels to fit. I will post pics of the sub box, amp rack, and doors soon.
