Which Amp should I buy.......
It depends on the impedence of the sub. If it is a single 4 ohm voice coil, you'll have to look for a class AB amp and run it at 4 ohm mono. If it is a Dual 4 ohm or Dual 2 ohm sub, you can find a Class D sub amp. These are more effecient and only play frequencies below about 250 Hz., but almost all are designed to put out maximum power at a 2 or 1 ohm load.
For a 1000w RMS sub, I'd generally recommend about 750-1000 watts, give or take a little.
There are many good brands, but a few I'd look at that are very good amps but not extremely expensive are Rockford, MTX, Memphis, Crossfire, Cadence, JBL, and Alpine. There are others, especially if you step up a little in price; but these are a few that come to mind.

RX - According to my Kicker tech, U have a Comp VR 18" sub which is a DVC driver ( either 2 ohm or 4 ohm ) so any amp recommendation will depend on how U wire it. Safely assuming that U DIDN'T get an 18" sub for SQ
, U're gonna need a BIG amp to drive it. What's your budget? I'm more aggressive than Kyle in my recommendations ( comes from my USAC background with Stillwater speakers ) but it's not MY money!! I do agree on a digital amp due to their efficiency. Kicker's will slam but they aren't that efficent so your wiring is critical. If it's a 4 ohm DVC, parallel them down to a 2 ohm load & consider a RF bd1000.1 or bd1500.1 ( my first choice but expensive - $1k!! ). U could try a Punch or Power 800.2 & then bridge the channels - RF's WILL run in a 1 ohm load IF U keep them cool & supplied with adequate voltage ( been there; done that ALOT!! ). If it's a 2 ohm DVC, wire those also parallel & use a RF bd500.1. This amp's rated for a 2 ohm mono load but my RF tech says they will run 1 ohm stable under the same conditions listed above. However, now your charging system ( alternator & battery )become your weak links. In any event, I'd look for at least 1000-1500 watts as the VR will handle 2k peak watts ( Kicker's are tough!! ). Like I said, it's YOUR money so good luck.
