Default Please help me secure this beast!!

Hello, I really dont post alot here...but try to read every post so I dont clutter the boards with obvious questions.

But I seem to have finally run into a problem that I cant seem to figure out by myself. I had a custom box made with two 12" Memphis Audio 15M3MOJO12 subs in the box...Now this box is crazy heavy probally over 120lbs. since each sub is 50lbs.. So i pushed the box all the way back to the little area in the 2GS trunk and everytime I accel. the box moves down...

Now I know everyone will say SEARCH!!! But trustme I have..my question is what EXACTLY do I need to mount and secure my sub to the trunk... I know every post says they secures it with bolts and "L" brackets but can I see exactly what it looks like?...where you have it mounted? Its very frustrating for me because I like to do everything to myself and Im stuck..

My second question is when I do make a beauty panel to cover the box and the back area of the trunk... what do I secure that to?!?
Here is a low quality picture to give you an idea..

you want to secure it from moving or from being stolen. Get a set of L brakets, bolt them to the back of the box (remove rear seat and fold trunk carpet back) Slide box in. Mark where the L brackets sit; remove from box, tack Weld those sucker to the floor of the ride. Once thats done, roll the carpet back over make small incisions in carpet so they stick through, slide box back in and bolt back on the L brackets... I dont remember if the gas tank is there, as long as its not and you dont mind those brackets there, thats a good way to secure it. Now with them like that, a thief wont know and will pull and pull with no success as for the beauty panel, it can be mounted to the box itself. Once the box is secure, it will be solid enough to keep the panel in place.
