A local circuit city that is going out of business has this box for around $230 is it worth getting?

Ehhhh...MTX is ok. I personally wouldn't get them, but if the price is right. They will hit if you put enough power to the,.

 

Uh.... How is MTX just "ok"? The same guy who made Rockford Fosgate who they "were" in the 90's is now with them! Sure there are plenty of other better brands, but MTX is far from ok. If you give these ample power, they're going to slam pretty nice. I've heard these with a VERY small amp and I was surprised by its output. I'd say try to haggle them and get them for $200 They're already going out of business, what more can they lose?
