Hi all,

I've done a search and cannot locate any information on the benefit/drawback of the Lexus optional IPOD integration kit ($295 from the dealer). The drawback seems to be the inability to have both XM and IPOD integration installed simultaneously... I am debating the factory option versus a Vaistech unit that includes IPOD video and music. Having had good luck in the past with Vaistech, I'm inclined to purchase again, but like the ability to have the unit covered by the new car vehicle warranty.

Any thoughts on the factory option? Anyone know if it's a digital or an analog signal pull from the IPOD? Quality comments? Drawback?
