So for the past couple months, I havnt been able to use my keyless remote cause when try to unlock it, the driver side doesnt want to unlock. I can unlock it with a key no prob, but with the keyless its a hit or miss and its very annoying. If the car is unlocked, and i try to lock it, same thing. I have to use the key to lock it and it locks fine. The passanger side door has no probs, it will unlock when i press unlock but wont lock when i press lock. Im guessing something with the keyless mechanism on the drivers side is broken.

Any ideas??

transmitter is fine...its some mechanical part that opens the door with the keyless function...

anyone else have any ideas?

 

I just had almost the same problem with one of my 2 remotes. It would not lock or unlock the car with the remote but would lock and unlock the car manually. It also would not start the car with that key. I took it in and they had to reprogram("reseed") my keys to the car.

Here is what it says on my invoice.
"Sales needs the immobilizer ECU re seeded
Reseeded Immobilizer ECU. All keys now work".

 

i has the same problem with my GS, was the inside cable from the lock to the interior handle the snap ,and the lock no work properly

 

so what did you do?
