Does anyone know WHAT THIS IS?
My father is an engineer and gets free samples from Bose. I know that this came out of a Lexus but I don't know the make. I would like to use this as a spare speaker but there is a problem. It has five speaker wires that come from the top instead of the bottom. It also has some sort of weird heat sink on it. I does not look like two-way speaker (tweeter) but I could be wrong. I'd like to know what the extra 3 wires are so I could know which ones to use.
So I thought I would leave it to the pro's. Thank you guys.

off the top of my head (and i'm thinking toyota here) my guess would be that green and purple are speaker leads. yellow, red, and black are 12v, ign/acc, and ground respectively. i do this all day and these are the corresponding wire hookups according to the standard i'm used to. hope this helps!
