Have any of you installed or use the Escort SRX or 9500ci? I believe both are usually professionally installed. I currently use a Valentine One but would consider one of the Escorts if it is a definite step up - just ordered (dealer located) an IS-F which should arrive next week. Thanks.

8500's are great. the 8500 x50 sux. i use to have the escort solo and that worked flawless.

i wouldnt part with the valentine 1. it amazing....unless you wanna sell it to me for dirt cheap

 

I've been wanting to upgrade my 8500 also but it still works great. Plus i don't have an extra $400 to spend on a radar detector.

 

The V1 has worked great for me. Those arrows help.. lol i think the next step up would be a jammer, but use at ur own discretion.. ha

 

I have Beltronics vector series that works great.

The laser detection has saved me 3 times now in the last 2 years. $$$
