95 Lexus SC300
Q': 1) How do I install my Jensen 9311 flip out DVD player into my Sc300 w/o a stereo harness?
2) Should I cut the factory wires and hack them with the Jensen wires?
3) Does anyone have a wiring diagram wire code for a sc300?

I've done some researching, but there has'nt seem to be Definate answers to HOW TO install a aftermarket cd/dvd player to a sc300.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Well, finished the complete DVD flip out stereo install on the SC last night.
All i have to say is, PITA.
Finding the power wires, ILL, etc was easy...
Hardest part was trying to figure out which wire's were for the speaker wires.
We had to OHM each wire from the speakers, to the rear amp wire in the turnk. (because all speakers, front and back are powered to the factory amp, which is routed in a loop back to the stereo plug) After OHM every single wire to figure which wire is for which speaker, it was just a matter of soldering and playing with the DVD.

IMO, if you do not have the time or knowledge with wiring, go to the professionals.
