Default Viper 791XV problems

Hey guys over the past couple of weeks my car has had trouble starting and I think it has something to do with the alarm system. Sometimes I am not able to lock/unlock my doors or start the car (with remote fob or the key in ignition). During this time, there are no dash lights that light up and I do not have power to anything in my car. After a period of time, the car is able to start up again but I lose all my memory functions and my navigation system resets to factory standards.

I think it has something to do with the alarm bypass not letting the car start. Has anyone experienced these issues with the viper alarm? I'm taking it to the installer in a couple of days but I wanted to get a second opinion before they see it. Thanks.
