Default speaker suggestions

i'm looking into buying some new speakers for my 99 gs. I want a set that are similar to the stock pioneer speakers. I don't want a seperate crossover just some plug and play speakers. I'm new to speakers and have been looking around a little but it's hard to choose. Do our stock speakers have a built-in crossover??

The speakers have a crossover. I do believe it's electronically crossed over by the amp. Tweeters are a different story in that they have a capacitor, or el cheapo xover.

You can find some stock sized speakers at crutchfield.com

What are you system goals?

Default Ohmage...

I have a namakai system. I would like to replace all the speakers in the doors.. Not the teeters or woofer. What is the ohms I need to look for?

Thanks,

If you're after the "stock" sound, then you're better off with the stock speakers. That's the only way to get the true (though yucky) stock sound. If you're replacing the speakers, they'll all have different and improved acoustics.

4 ohms. That's all you'll need.
