Default No sound from stock Headunit

Hey guys, I know this is a pretty vague question but whenever I turn on the headunit it lights up but has no sound even if the volume is turned all the way up. Any ideas?

BTW, 1992 Toyota Aristo V

check the fuses and connections before looking for a replacement. The amp is on a seperate fuse. It's a 25a labeled Rad no.1 and it's a white and blue wire.

I will check that, I assume it's in the fuse box in the engine room right?

Highly doubt it. It's probably under the dash on the driverside.

Where do I check the fuse in a 92 SC400? I have no sound from my radio as well but when I put it on Full Blast, I slightly hear something. I got a brand new AMP and it is still the same, so it's not the Amp. How do I mess with the fuse?

Here's a wierd tidbit, I reinstalled the headunit with the intention of replacing the factory amp to see if it would work. Well low and behold it worked, I guess it fixed itself! Hopefully this is the end...haha
