I was wondering what would be the biggest I could go in the headrests?And some good quality Monitors. I would like to Put 2 in the headrests and one in the passenger visor hooked up to a Playstation2.(So I could watch DVD's and play games)... If anyone could help I would greatly appericate it... Well, I work at a stereo shop and I can hook you up. I can get you factory RX headrests with 5.6" for about $500 each headrest. You get to keep your factory headrest, and the install does not get any cleaner than this. There is a company that I deal with, that makes factory headrests for Lexus SUV's and other SUV's. They may make a 7" as well, but I'll have to double check that.

A company called Savv makes a 5.6" monitor in a headrest (includes new headrest). No pictures of this on their web site, but I do have a 2002 Savv catalog showing it. This could be the same one Sweetsound is talking about. Available in black, tan and gray for select Lexus models.
I wish they offered 7" widescreen version for Lexus. So, I'm considering doing the following 7" monitor headrest mount combinations for my LS430.

Pioneer AVD-W6000 and HM6000
Clarion VMA-7191 and HRM150
