Well I just got my 96' sc400 a little while ago and I'm starting to work on some of the minor things.

I was doing some research on the stock alarm just trying to figure things out.

I can arm and disarm the alarm fine and it beeps and all that stuff. To see if the alarm was working I put my window down set the alarm and opened the door, nothing went off...

The panic button works when the car is armed, isn't it supposed to work if its disarmed also?
