Navi and Radio doesn't work HELP!

Navi and Radio doesn't work HELP!
My navi and fm doesn't work. I get no sounds at all and I can't adjust the treble, bass, fade, and balance. I have a 01 ls430. I don't what I can do to fix it beside taking it to the dealer which is gonna cost me an arm and leg.
