ok im confused. im an idiot. lol. alright does the system 240 mkII come with 2 of each speaker and crossover, or just 1 of each?
its wierd cuz i see some places saying it retails for around 650 while some other places say it retails for around 750. if it only comes with one mw160 and one md100 and one crossover, then i will be very sad =(. and in general, when a company says "system" do they mean for pairs or just 1. because i was also looking at the focal utopia system.

from what i just heard, the dynaudio is very kicked back good for classical, while the focal utopias are a more in your face system. i will be playing rap 50% of the time on this system. would the dyns still be a good decision?
im not saying im switchin to the utopias. god knows how much those cost..but i guess just a little more research should be done before i invest since i wont be installing until the great book comes out..which basically just gives me a lot of time to ask lotsa questions..hehe.

Like many good things in life, they come in pairs.

I'd still pick the dyns for any type of music. There's no coloration and you're listening to the least distortion possible from a speaker. Now if it was a subwoofer, then it would be Velodyne.

good choice...cuz you're really goign to have a hard time trying to fit the 6 1/2 utopias...don't think it can be done...only possible with the 5 1/4...
