Default www.lexusipod.com anyone used it?

So i stumbled upon this site, www.lexusipod.com, and this guy makes a unit that replaces the cd changer, and allows you to use your ipod in its place. You can control the ipod through the factory nav or stereo... its insanely awesome! It works on the 98-00 GS and LS... the unit ive been waiting for forever, and VAIS Tech doesnt make... im going to order mine shortly. I was just wondering if anyone else had any experience with it.

Its basically the communication network that the navi and audio works on...

I didnt see that it only works for navi... i guess it will work for me

hmm, looking over the site it seems it should work on vehicles w/o navi but i dont think the guy actually tested on a non-navi car. (all his pics are with navi)

one thing i really dont like is that you lose the CD changer all together.

I emailed the guy, and asked him about being able to keep the cd changer, and im waiting for a response. Theoretically, where he wants you to unplug the cd changer (you can see in the install guide), you could get a second harness, and put a switch in between, so you could switch between iPod and cd changer.. i dunno if it'd work.. waitin for a response back from him. Looks like a good product though, if we can keep the cd changer i agree.
