Default Bad Ground?

Is there a simple way or quick fix to finding a bad ground versus the always enjoyable option of tearing everything apart and re-connecting everything? I've got an Optima yellow top that is only a month old but it will not keep a charge if I don't my car every three days (happened with the previous battery too so it's not the battery). Self install for everything except the alarm

Electricals in order of install:
SRT Intake ECU
Viper 791vx Alarm
Nav Converter behind the Nav
TV's in the headrest
Distributor Box behind Nav
Aftermarket Amp
Rear View Camera

As you can see, disconnecting and re-connecting the above isn't the first route I'd like to go. Is there something I can eliminate from the list because it wouldn't drain a fully charged battery over a weekend? I believe the problem may have started before the monitors were installed.

It's not that big of a deal because I have a house charger and I wouldn't leave my car sitting somewhere else for 3 days but it would be nice to know I could.

Any suggestions appreciated.
