hey guys. i need your help yet again. i have a 4 channel RCA connection going to my amp from the headunit. there is one giant cable coming out the headunit that then splits into 4 separate, but very close RCA terminals. the metal tips of the RCA cables that i have attached to those termianls are pretty near each other if not touching. i know the cables touching each other is no big deal, but what about the gold terminals? will this effect anything? should i cover them with electrical tape?

Those are the signal ground-- all common to one ground, so it's not a problem--
