anybody know where i can get an Alpine MRD-F752 amp from. it suits my need. and am guessing it won't be too expensive since is an old model

I recall that you were wanting to run 2 4ohm subs, in which case you'd need a different amp-- the sub channel on that alpine only does 4ohm loads--
The PPI is MUCH MUCH MUCH better-- Just to let you know-- I'd jump on it while you can-- you won't find that amp for sale often and especially not in mint condition--
$350 shipped is very fair for that level of quality equipment--
Not surprised that Alpine had a channel drop. I used to have a MRVF300 that had two out of the four channels DEAD out of the box. Upgraded to the MRVF400 on the spot and then later sold it to a buddy. Then upgraded to McIntosh. You can't get any higher than that for sound quality.
