Default CD Changer Problem...need help?!

I have a '98 SC300 and the CD Changer isn't working. Bought a new magazine for it, but it doesn't work. With ignition on, pressing the CD button on the receiver does nothing. Resetting the changer does nothing. Unplugging harness, reset, same thing. The eject button stays lit. Sometimes the eject button keeps blinking.

Is it the fault of the receiver or changer?

Thanks!

Don't fight it, change the changer. I've had mine changed twice and it still isn't perfect. This is a fault in the SC line. They all stink. I hope Lexus fired Pioneer for these crappy changers.

I have a 92 SC-- I actually removed the changer about 5 times and reinstalled it while setting up my system--

AFTER-- wiring in an ipod input to the changer signal lines, which you could easily do and forget all about the changer-- NOW- the display on the head unit ALWAYS shows the changer as playing a cd-- never fails-- always plays--

BEFORE-- wiring in an aux input, it NEVER worked--

Crazy--
