I installed a double din cd player into my sc300 and I now have a gap on the sides of the player and a 3/4 inch gap on the bottom due to the factory 2.5 din hole. Now I need to fabricate a plastic surround to make my cd player look factory, where can I find a place that sells plastic squares so I can do this job?

Lots of guys use mdf -- thin mdf primed and painted looks like plastic -- even shinier with high gloss enamel-- several coats and it'll look slick like glass --

I think you can also use lexan and paint it too-- But straight up abs plastic sheet--- ?????????????
