I have 1993 GS300, factory head unit non NAK. I installed an Alpine 6 disc FM-mod. changer, since that time the antenna mast was broken in a parking lot. Don't ask, long story! Anyway, it was replaced with a factory Lexus part and since that time FM reception has been inconsistent, thus causing the CD player not to function at all times. Any suggestions? Any idea where an installer would put the modulator, so that I can check it out? Maybe bypass the alpine unit and just test the Lexus radio.? Thanks for any help!
