ok heres the deal i listen to a lot of hip hop r n b music with heavy bass.. i have 1 kicker l5 in a ported box its pretty loud but my amp is crap.. now my question is would you get either 2 12" jl w6's or 2 Infinity Kappa Perfect 12 VQ or would you keep the l5 and get 1 more and just get better amp.. i heard the kappa and is it me or do the bump harder then the w6.. please give me input thanks

 

your amp will play a key role in how your subs sound. also if you want deep bass go with a ported enclosure, it will help your woofers reach the lower frequencies

 

add w7 to your poll so i can click on that one or T2.
if you already have a 15 kicker, why you want to spend more money on new sub if the amp is the problem?

Oh, and 1000 watts minimum on a quality amp will do nicely.
