Changer compatible with 93 SC 300?

Changer compatible with 93 SC 300?
I have a 93 SC300 and am thinking about getting a better CD changer. This photo is supposed to show the model # of a changer from a 92 ES300. Is this unit the better model changer and will it plug right into my existing system? Will it read burned CD’s? Thanks in advance.
