I have a 1993 LS400 and I am trying to find some replacements for the 4 inch nakamichi speakers.
I found some 4 inch nakamichi speakers from a Gs400 that someone was selling. While the speaker size is the same (4 inch), I was wondering if the mounting hole circle was the same. I measured the mounting hole circle on the 4 inch nakamichi speakers from my LS400 at 122mm (Measured diagonally and hole center to hole center). Does anyone know if the speakers from the Gs400 have the same mounting hole circle?

 

the gs front door speakers are only 2 ohms not 4 and the mounting ring is thicker and dont fit the same as ls. there are new nakamichi 4 ohm 40 watt speakers that fit and sound great. they have aluminum poly coanes and a pointable tweeter and are are the best substitute then putting a paper cone speaker back in there after all the work of getting the door panels off .

 

Where can I find these nakamichi substitutes?
