I ordered an IS350 (2007) with the VN Navi/ML combo package. In my current car, I have an Orion 250HCCA amp and a 10" MTX subwoofer (the one that handles like 800RMS watts or whatever).
Anyway, my question is, should I bother trying to integrate the Orion amp and/or the mtx subwoofer into the IS350? Or should I just leave the ML system as is? I like hard, tight bass, I've had this Orion amp for 10+ years and it's amazing.
i also have the ML package in my car...but somehow the subwoofer blew so i installed a 1200 watt amp and two 10's in....sounds WAYYYY better than the ML if u like that hard bass.....

What type of enclosure are the subs in? Do you have pics of them? What about of the amp mounting/wiring?
i don't have any pics but my subs are just in a sealed box non ported....as far as wiring the amps...just wire it as normal(power wire from amp to battery, ground the amp, run a remote wire from the amp to a fuse in the bottom of the driver seat(if its there), from the rca input, get a LLC converter... http://www.electronixwarehouse.com/c...egacy-ln60.htm ..something like this...remove the wires from the stock sub and connect it to the LLC and then connect the rca wires from the LLC to the amp...really easy to do...

Ah, ok... Ya, I was wondering if you had a stealth installation. I don't want to take up any additional trunk space with sub enclosures. Like a drop-in installation for the stock sub would be ideal.
