3rd brake light

3rd brake light wont budge anyone know why its such a hassle to take it out my car is a 92 es300 ive been trying all day and no luck yet

The whole rear deck has to come out to get the 3rd brake light out. There are a couple of bolts holding it in facing you. I think they're 10mm.
