Default Where can I get power for my Amp

I am setting up some subs in the trunk of my '00 GS. Where can I get power to my amp? Do I need to run a cable all the way to the front battery? If so does anyone know where I can route that cable? It seems the is no entry thru the firewall in the engine bay. Any ideas???? Thanx.

Yes. The battery. Run cables all the way back. You can always drill your own hole to make the cable go from the engine bay to the interior. Just be sure you don't drill a hole into anything important.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I eventaully ended up passing the power cable thru the firewall where the AC drain is. It came out pretty neat and best of all no drilling was required.
