hi stereo gurus,

looking to upgrade speaker and woofer. the goal is to imprve sound quality w/least labor and $$$ spend. truly appreciate your help in telling me the speaker sizes, and the appropriate drop-in woofer w/ no custom box.

is a seperate amp required for the woofer? the car has reg. stock pioneer sysytem, NO nak.

any good website/mail order for decent prices?

As far as good webstores go, give the zeb a shot.

Most everyone here will say dynaudio is the way to go, (and rightfully so) , but if you're trying to minimize your spending, I'd suggest Focal.

William - Focal's aren't cheap either but not quite as expensive as Dynaudios. Might want to try Diamond Audio or Boston Acoustics for good mid range priced speakers. BTW - The doors hold 4" drivers & the sub's a 10" 2 ohm joke. A simple drop in free air sub would be the JL 10IB4 but since it's only available as an 8 ohm woofer so it definitely requires another amp.
