Default Audio System Install Problem

I'm currently changing the system in the lex to an aftermaket. My new set up consists of a deck, and two amps (One for my subs, the other for the mids and highs).

My problem is the front drivers side speaker connection. I'm not getting any sound. I'm using the existing lexus wires for the factory amp in the trunk (+ve light green, - blue) and running them to my new amp. I think it has something to do with the telephone transceiver relay.

Have any of you guys had this problem? If i have to take out the relay; then what does it look like? I'll check back during my breaks to see if there are any responses. Still working on my amp racks.

Oh yeah, have any of you guys used the volume push button to run your external amp remote wire? If so, then which wires to i use for remote in (from deck) and remote out (to amp). The colour scheme on the diagram (92 sc4 diagram) doesn't match the wires in my 94 sc4.

If any of you guys are wondering...
I'm running 2 12 inch jl w6v2's off a US PT800 (i like t class amps). Fosgate power 500 a4 running the infinity mids and highs. Deck: panasonic ghost.
