Possible to update DVD NAV maps to 3-D maps anytime soon? (see photo)

The photo below is from a Japanese Toyota Aristo
(Lexus GS430 here). Their maps are in 3-D bird's eye
view... The new Infiniti Q45 sold here also has
that kind of map...
I assume this is all in the software on the DVD...
If so, will it possible for Lexus to add in this feature
in future updated DVD maps?
