Can anyone verify if I insert a new version of the Nav DVD will it automatically upgrade, I read a few posts that mentioned a procedure for other cars.

Are the RX and GS nav dvd's the same?

 

No idea if they are the same, I would assume so. But on the upgrade, just insert the new DVD and let it go, it will load and then you will be up and running with the new version. No procedures need to be done other than eject the old DVD and insert the new DVD. Enjoy! As you will see enclosed with the new DVD, once you upgrade you cannot go back to the old version, FYI!
