Remote Starter...with immoblizer bypass
I have the LuxLink remote starter installed in my car...and it has an immobolizer bypass. I have noticed that with my "card" key, it doesn't require me to hold the card part up to the ignition key in order to start the car. So I'm guessing this means the car's immobolizer is completely defeated right? So it'll be easier for a thief to steal the car then...I thought it was only energized when the remote starter was engaged.
Maybe I should ask Luxlink, eh?
