Ok after many many posts, I’ve decided that since my Nakamichi died, I’m going ***** out and getting this Alpine http://www.crutchfield.com/S-oz0MvgO...0&I=500IVAD310

I’ve convinced my wife that its for "the kids to watch Finding Nemo on"

So what else do you guys think I need to buy with it? Right now I have all factory original Nakamichi sound, speakers, sub etc… in my 1998 es300.

Tell me what I should buy (amp, speakers, sub etc...) I need some good ideas.

buy the surround sound amplifier with the center channel speaker. kinda cool, but not necessary. other than that, get some headrest monitors so that you can watch something in the front and the kids can watch Nemo in the back. The D310 is a pretty nice unit. you'll probably have to upgrade the speakers as well...not sure about that one though. where are you at in CA?

 

Yeah, I think a couple head rest monitors is a good idea too. Im in Orange County.
