I'd rather spend that $300 on Lextech gauges

I think that despite what they claim about this "auto dim" and what not, that under certain lighting conditions, that display has GOT to be hard to see.

It would prolly be hard to see durin the day. But honestly i just want to look nice. Do u guys have any idea how difficult it is to install by chance? What do the wires hook up to?

Did you read the page? (all of it, i mean) That is JUST the HUD unit. You have to buy everything else in the picture to see the temp, or anything else.

By connecting this product to the Defi-Link System, or Defi BF gauges oil temperature, water temperature, oil pressure, fuel pressure, and exhaust temperature can be displayed other than speed and engine speed.
SO, no oil, no fuel, no gas, nothing............ without buying the rest of the gauges. Total = $1300.00

Not very cool anymore.

Even still, if you look at the pic of the unit on the dash.. the readout is quite tiny.
