I have a 2001 GS430 (premium system) which comes with a CD changer in the glove. If I get a new head unit can I still use the same changer? Even with Pioneer aftermarket headunit? Also, can the steering wheel audio controls be reconfigured to function with new headunit?

Thanks

Not sure about steering wheel controls but the cd changer with an aftermarket pioneer will NOT work.

the only head unit the stock cd changer will work with is the stock head unit.
