The cartridge is currently jammed and will not eject no matter what I do. There is no error message on the player, nor do I hear anything when I try to force it out. Any suggestions on what the root of the problem may be? The car is 5 years old and worked great. I just want my CD player back!

 

remove the glovebox and the changer. remove the changer case. turn it over. on the left side is laerge clocklie gear. atr the 7 oclock poostion is a white plastic tab. it is the magazine eject button. try to remove the magazine by not damaging the mechnism. if it comes out and was just stuck it should reload and play . if reloading it does the same thing then one of the motors is out. like the tray or elevation .
