Question

Someone sent me an email stating that the head units are made by pioneer in the Nak systems.. and that the only nak items were the amp and speakers...is this true?
Would my nakamichi head unit work in a pioneer car set- up????????

Nak head unit WILL NOT work in the Pioneer system. Wiring harness and plugs are COMPLETELY different. As for Pioneer making NAK head units, unlikely. They're both made to Denso physical specs (head unit size, types of plugs, etc) but the electronics are different.

Percy, you need an protogé? No not the car! There is so much car stereo information...just...can't....remember...all....head...going....explode!!!!

I try to figure it all out, there is more involved that I thought. I want to improve the bass in my RX - just going to leave the system stock otherwise. Sounds good. What do you think of that new "all in one" 10' subwoofer/amplfier unit. You know what I am talking about?

Nah...you'll do fine. 4 years of college and technical school will do that to you.
