Default Stock NAV?

I have an '03 RX300 without NAV. Is it possible to have the existing LED screen/buttons setup removed & replaced with a Lexus stock NAV system (rather than just buy an after-market NAV)? Looking for it to look like it was a factory installed item. Anyone ever done that and, if so, was it expensive?

I thought about that as well. I have an 03 ES300 and I don't have navigation as well. Anyone know if you can just swap the old one for the navigation??? Any ideas fellas?
