Is it possible to install a cd changer (stock or aftermarket) in my car? I have stock oem radio, with no "CD" button on it. The car comes prewired though right? Or would I have to replace the stock oem radio as well?

 

Since your current radio doesnt have controls your stuck with fm modulated unless you get a different head unit.
