Default Using cd changer 1992

Purchased a 1992 ES300 recently, it came with a cd changer in trunk. The stock radio does not have any cd functions, I am needing to know how to use this thing!
It has a yellow hot wire that goes to the fuse, the cartridge does eject, a black ground wire, and a thicker cable that goes to the radio. If you can steer me in the right direction I thank you.
Or if there is a search function on this forum direct me there.

Good morning, the stock radio controls the cd changer, but it has to be that version, if you want to use the cd changer you need the stock radio that supports the cd changer. You may be able to find one on ebay, or some other web site, or maybe someone on here has one to sell you. I had the oppisite problem, my radio supported the CD changer, but the car was not wired for one...soooo I found a cd changer in a junk yard, pulled the wires that go between the cd changer and the radio. That was fun, pulled the seats out and ran the wires....anyway you already have the wires and the changer... when you pull the radio look for a second white connector behind the radio somewhere....that is the control interface cable for the cd changer, the cd ready radio has two connectors on the back one for the radio/amp and one for the CD changer... good luck
