Default eclipse 2454

Aite...Ive been contemplating on the eclipse 2454 for a while now...I almost got enough money..I've got a couple questions about the 2454

First, would I be able to put my own backgrounds onto the screen? or would I only be able to use the ones provided on the unit. Next, is there a remote control for it? How hard is it to navigate through the menus. I read somewhere online that the MP3 plkayback on the 2454 is kinda slow..What does this mean?

Do more people like the avic n1 or the eclipse? The n1 is cheaper but...i like the double din ...cuz I have an SC...has anyone put the 2454 in their SC...

Thanks for everyone's input ahead of time

Just burn normal MP3 files in different (named) folders on a CD.

1) backgrounds don't know per PMs
2) remote control is available as an option per Eclipse website if I recall correctly
3) I have no problems. Writing is a little small on faceplate buttons though.
4) Just not 'instant access' , it takes a sec to process up/down through the folders if you have them
