Default 120A underhood fuse circuit- replaced- still dead

I replaced the fuse block and 120A bolt-in fuse on the four fuse underhood box, next to the main underhood box on my 93 LS.I took before and after photos and I'm certain I got it right. I have power to both sides of the fuses, and "some" power back in the cabin. But no power to two of the three resettable circuit breakers in the cabin fuse block. These provide power to the power windows, sunroof, gauges, etc. The car starts and runs like a champ, but no power accesories work in the interior. I've opened up all of the wiring loom and bolt- together junction blocks in the underhood area and am finding no corrosion or bent pins. Has anybody else dealt with this? Am completely at wits end here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A nice wiring diagram is your friend. I don't have any 93 information.
