I assume you have the pioneer premium system? Could you please give me the schematic to figure out which colors go to which speaker?
The one on intellexual.net doesn't give me color codes or anything of that sort. This thread can also be used for reference by someone else later on if they're planning on doing what we did

 

I will try to post the actual Lexus wiring diagram for the entire pioneer system on monday. The intellexual diagram shows the pin schematic of the various connectors on the radio and the amp. You can use that by unplugging the connector and looking at the schematic to determine which wire is in which pin on the connector.
