I always do my floor pan, doors, trunk lids and rear deck with B-Quiet Ultimate

I've also used this company's H-Liner to do the underside of the hood. After it cured for a week or two, it dramatically lowered the engine noise in my 2002 Civic. However, I always wondered if it was trapping heat under the hood.
