Does anyone know how to easily take the old SC400 sub out of the bracket without breaking it?

If I remember correctly, and i'd like to think I do. It is impossible to remove the sub from the bracket...or near impossible. The bracket is part of the sub itself and most people just end up breaking/messing it up and creating an all new one for the replacement sub.
