Unhappy Reset RDS info on ML?

This is directed to anyone in the Washington DC Metro with a ML sound system. In the past month or so DC101 sounds like it is a CD skipping. Every 2 seconds or so it will pause and then start again. I don't have this problem with any other station and I don't think it is normal reception problem since it happens in Balt or in Alexandria. Also it doesn't happen on any other radio I have. I believe they started embeding song titles into the music at about the time this started. I am just wondering if anyone else is experiencing it and if so any ideas what to do?

Hi,

I live in Gaithersburg and work in Rockville, and had 101 on all the way home tonight and didn't notice anything unusual. I have the ML and noticed that, since 101 is a RDS station, I was also getting the song title and artist, so that part was working too.

Sorry, I have no idea why you'd be experiencing the problem that you're having.

Larry

Well I have determined it is the RDS that is causing problems. If I do an RDS scan it finds the channel fine and works. However if I just listen to it using preset it has the wrong channel name (picked up while traveling) and seems to have problems. I guess the question now is how to reset RDS info stored for presets?
