Hey guys- I need some help finding a cool looking sub grill - I would preffer a Plexiglass Lexus Symbol.... but i dont know if thats possible, I am also looking at the single chrome bar grills. Like the ones on the JL Prowedge boxes... Can anyone give me a Link where i can buy somthing like that? Ive inquired at several audio shops and searches the forums and cant find anything.

Any info would be great.

JL grill is not chrome. You can use the JL grill with any box. The black plexiglass with the aluminum bars are separate theng from the box itself. My friend is selling his JL grill for a 12" W7 (fits most 12's) for $150. you can only get those grills with JL box. They are not avaliable separately.

 

ARG - 150 bucks for a speaker grill....... cpr please...... its 3 metal bars..... I'll fabricate something before i pay that.... MAYBE 50 bucks but it better be pretty coo

Anyone else have sugestions? Id prefer plexi... but i cant find anywhere that sells them - minus the audiobahn ones.... and i dont have any audiobahn equip - not to mention i want a clean look

Will do - I dont have everything setup ... yet. It will come together this weekend. I have the sub and the and the amp will be here tomorrow. I'll post some pics when i work on it this weekend.

I talked to the guy that runs www.gatelyaudio.com and www.audioflux.com - he has very nice stuff He said he would be able to make the (L) grill out of plexi for 150 shipped.... a bit too rich for my blood though....


Anyone else have any ideas?

if you give me an idea of what type of grill you want and how your looking to mount it to your box, i can poissibly build one for you. and cheaper than 150. out of the plexi. pm and ill help you out.
